Rob Donkers noticed lots of mistakes in the comic Big Tarzan book no 1.
Dear Mr. Donkers,
In the first place we would like to thankyou for your extended letter concerning GROOT TARZAN BOEK (Big Tarzan Book) even though we have to admit that at the end of the letter we were a bit embarrased.
As for an apology for all the mistakes you mentiuoned we could only tell you that we presumed that the original English text was created by a person who has experience with all material. The translation was done by our translator who translated all TARZAN titles from the beginning. This person always works very accurate and in case of any doubt he tries to find the sources and verifies the matter.
With Tarzan it is not that easy, because the regular sourxes are documented badly. This is why we are very happy that you volunteerd to be an expert on Tarzan for us. We would like to make a deal that if there will be a reprint of GROOT TARZAN BOEK, we first send you the text. Of course we will pay for all your efford. At this moment we could not oversee if this book will be reprinted but we would like to hear from you if you would be prepared to assist us in cases facts needs to be checked.
About your question: at this moment two issues are published per month. One of them is coming from GOLD KEY. The other is an international production, because the amount of material from America is not sufficient for the European demand.
We hope to continue with TARZAN for a long time, and the missing comics you mentioned will be available in comic on the market eventually.
