Na een plotselinge regenstorm vind Tarzanb een merkwaardig schepsel. Een menselijk schepsel met vleugels en klauwen. Zijn naam is [Lai-Ear] en is zo gewond dat hij niet kan vliegen. Tarzan biedt aan om hem terug te brengen naar de plaats waar hij thuis hoort. [Lai-Ear] verteld Tarzan dat hij niets met de landmensen te maken wil hebben. Maar na een aanval van Numa de leeuw gaat [Lai-Ear] akkoord. Ze komen aan in een dorp waar de landmensen wonen en waar Taran de leider is. Beide volken kunnen niet overweg met elkaar. [Eti-Aro] beschouwd zijn volk superieur en wil de landmensen een lesje leren als hij erachter komt dat [Lai-Ear] bij hen is. |
| After a sudden rainstorm, Tarzan finds a strange creature whick looks like humen with wings and claws. His name is [Lai-Ear] and is so badly hurt that he can not fly. Tarzan offers him to bring him home but he refuses because he does not want anything to do with the landpeople. But when Numa the lion attacks him, [Lei-Ear] agrees to help him. They arrive in a village from the landpeople where Taran is the leader. Both peolple can not live together. [Eti-Aro], the leader of the Birdpeople find that they are superior and will teach the landpeople a lesson for taking [Lai-Ear] hostile. |
