Holland meets ERB : Televisie : Filmation - Tarzan

In 1976 werd deze serie in de VS door Filmation tot stand gebracht en uitgezonden door CBS. Pas in 1982 werd hier een deel uitgezonden door de VARA. Een jaar later ging de serie in herhaling, aangevuld met andere afleveringen.
Tot op heden is de serie erg populair omdat deze serie gebruik maakt van de oorspronkelijke karakters en gebeurtenissen die Edgar Rice Burroughs gecreeërd heeft. Onlangs hebben verschillende script schrijvers hun ervaringen door gegeven welke hier bijgevoegd zullen worden.
